My parents believed that you grow strong because of the kind of food you eat. It could be simple or gourmet, but it should be nutritious and healthy- be they non-vegetarian or vegetarian. They are both good cooks - each had his and her own repertoire of dishes -Indian (Goan, Maharashtrian, Punjabi, Mughlai), International(British, Chinese, Portuguese). It is the dishes that they cooked from these cuisines that I LOVE
